Dieses legt den Fokus auf die Entwicklung von Batteriematerialien f\u00fcr Elektrofahrzeuge.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nach Angaben des Unternehmens wird sich das Joint Venture auf auf das lukrative und schnell wachsende<a href=\"https:\/\/www.investmentplattformchina.de\/china-fuehrt-globales-e-mobility-ranking-an\/\"> E-Mobility-Segment<\/a> in China konzentrieren. Die Volksrepublik gilt als weltweit gr\u00f6\u00dfter Markt f\u00fcr Batteriematerialien. Die neue Gesellschaft hei\u00dft &#8220;BASF Shanshan Battery Materials Co., Ltd&#8221; und befindet sich mehrheitlich im Besitz von BASF (BASF 51\u00a0%; Shanshan 49\u00a0%).<\/p>\n<p>BASF Shanshan Battery Materials Co., Ltd verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber vier Standorte in Hunan und Ningxia. Ingesamt sollen rund 1600 Mitarbeiter an der Entwicklung der Batteriematerialen beteiligt sein. Das Unternehmen hat bereits eine dominante Stellung in der Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette f\u00fcr Batteriematerialien, einschlie\u00dflich Rohstoffen, Vorprodukten f\u00fcr Kathodenmaterialien, Kathodenmaterialien und Batterierecycling.<\/p>\n<p>BASF bring Expertise bei Technologie und Entwicklung mit und verf\u00fcgt zudem \u00fcber eine weltweite Produktionspr\u00e4senz sowie strategische Partnerschaften f\u00fcr die Rohstoffversorgung. Ningbo Shanshan Co., Ltd. ist der f\u00fchrende Anbieter von Kathoden-, Anoden- und Elektrolytmaterialien f\u00fcr Lithium-Ionen-Batterien. Gemeinsam haben sich die beiden Unternehmen das Ziel gesetzt, den schnell wachsenden Markt f\u00fcr E-Mobility zu erschlie\u00dfen und gleichzeitig die Segmente Unterhaltungselektronik und Energiespeicherung weltweit zu bedienen.
