Der chinesische Smartphone-Hersteller Honor landet auf den dritten Platz bei Handy-Verk\u00e4ufen im Heimatmarkt China.<\/em><\/p>\n

Honor landet damit hinter Oppo<\/a> und Vivo<\/a> auf den dritten Platz. Kurios: Der Smartphone-Anbieter Xiaomi, der weltweit die zweitmeisten Verk\u00e4ufe hat, belegt in China lediglich den vierten Platz. Dementsprechend dominieren im Moment in der Volksrepublik Smartphone-Marken, die in westlichen L\u00e4ndern noch eher unbekannt sind.<\/p>\n

Honor wurde im Jahr 2013 als Tochterunternehmen von Huawei gegr\u00fcndet. Huawei verkaufte die Marke am 17.November 2020 zu 100 Prozent an Shenzhen Zhixin New Information Technology Co., Ltd. Mittlerweile spielt Honor sowohl im chinesischen Markt als auch au\u00dferhalb eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Rolle als Huawei selbst. Zudem liegt die Marke auch vor Herstellern wie Apple und Samsung, die in China eine vergleichsweise kleinere Stellung haben. Die guten Ergebnisse d\u00fcrften R\u00fcckenwind geben f\u00fcr ambitionierte Expansionspl\u00e4ne in M\u00e4rkte au\u00dferhalb Chinas.<\/p>\n

Das Unternehmen vertreibt Smartphones und Tablets mit der Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che EMUI und Magic UI, sowie Notebooks auf Basis von Windows 10 und Wearables. Der neuste Smartphone-Ableger Honor Magic 3 zeigte in China bereits eine \u00fcberzeugende Performance. Das Modell soll demn\u00e4chst dann auch auf dem deutschen Markt erscheinen.
