Putzmeister, Kiekert or Medion – in recent M&A transactions these German companies where taken over by C<\/i>hinese buyers. <\/i>Experts believe crossborder transactions increasingly gain in importance, especially looking at the “German Mittelstand”. But also, german companies sting to action in China.<\/i><\/p>\n

For the first time in August 2013 the special “M&A China\/Germany” has been released to enlighten respective developments. In specialist articles and interviews company representatives and experts\u00a0describe their daily businesses – in both languages, Chinese and German. Besides a comprehensive market overview and outlook, the different phases in the M&A process are described, as well as legislative particularities. Among others, Chinese industrialist Zhang Min, CEO, ShangGong, talks about his experiences in German-Chinese M&A negotiations. He owns three German companies already (u.a. Pfaff).<\/p>\n
